      Eh.. I don't want to say this initially.. .. A "kind heart" is also "non-retaliation" (sometimes..?), Ero, event>reaction>outcome.. If we choose our reaction to be "retaliation", (in the 0.25 sec), then our outcome will be anger, an uncomfortable emotion.. "Do not gloat at your enemies misfortune, for that will end it prematurely.. .." (Paraphrased, proverbs, bible..)

      Recovery is a choice. I can choose to recover or not. It is normal to have setback, I need to overcome my trigger by knowing my trigger. It is important to have a care plan.

      Social support from peers and mentors, better understanding of my conditions and triggers, better appreciation and awareness of my journey of recovery. These above has helped me to achieve a higher level of resilience.
