Sleeping on time, ard 1130pm.. But the schedule is now 1030pm, so that as usual if i delay, it's still within acceptable region.. Need to best stop drinking coffee and tea.. Or just one cup in the morning when necessary.. Problem is if cannot sleep whole night, or wake up super early.. One dharma book wrote that "you are alr buddha, just if you stick to the normal routine of a healthy life.." (Paraphrased ) Guess there's some truth to that.. ..

Recovery to me at this point means being able to reduce my weight (exercise everyday, eat healthy), work on my business, keep to a schedule, and manage my emotions better.
