Mindfulness meditation, exercise, enough sleep and also avoid black and white thinking. Basically challenge your thoughts when you find them becoming negative. Otherwise, I still need to figure out other coping mechanisms, if those fail.

Anonymous said "By meditation and mindfulness, avoid black and white thinking (eg: if I don't succeed, I'm a failure and a loser), avoid stressors that I find are causing too much anxiety to me, don't take on too much commitments. A lot of my anxiety also stems from irrational or overly fearful thought patterns. If I can change my thought patterns, my anxiety goes down. But this is easier said than done because I (tend to) naturally see the negative side of things rather than the positives."

I think the most important thing is to change our perception of things that stresses us.
