More often than not, many peers always ask me what's the difference if I am taking medicine or using medicine. What do you think?

Guess it is quite a subtle difference. Knowing myself and the choices I make to help myself is 'medicine for my soul'.

For me, I shared with our peers the reflection on possibly "taking our handphones" or "using our handphones" For medicine, when we use our medicine, as we consume it, we usually benefit and achieve quality of life when we are able to make use of the medicine to build happier and healthier lifestyles.

My answer wld be..depends on what u deem as 'medicine'. If herbal supplements lots of laughs, exercise, food I enjoy were able to alter my brain chemistry, moods, thoughts and quality of life then I'd say I'm using them to help myself. If it were a choice of say clinically prescribed medication, like pills with a direct effect on brain chemistry and neural development then maybe I'm taking what I've been offered.
