Ashissh Dikshit is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing with a work experience of 29 years in diverse functions like Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources Career Counselling and Training. He has 23 years of experience in the Education, Training and Career Services sector.

His work as a Career Coach took shape at IMS Learning Resources which was India’s leading institution for competitive entrance test preparation. He spent 11 years with the institution training and mentoring students of various age groups along with handling functional responsibilities. He was instrumental in setting up the career counselling division of IMS. Having worked closely with thousands of students for a long period of time, he was able to inspire them and shape their careers.

His counselling is based not only on a fine understanding of students’ competencies but also on a strong understanding of industry requirements as he has personally worked in diverse functions for Tata Motors, Godrej & Boyce, ABC Consultants and Enactus USA. Working for ABC Consultants as a recruiter gave him an understanding of the skillsets and qualifications sought after by organizations.

Ashissh has been on the interview selection panels of Tier 1 Business Schools in India. He has also been an industry representative on the “Curriculum Revision Committee” of Polytechnic Colleges in Maharashtra formed by the MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education). Having himself studied from top professional institutions, he has a strong network of friends at senior positions in the corporatesector which gives him an easy access to authentic data on the latest industry trends and opportunities.
