Would going to bed with earphones or the tv on help you sleep better?

The jury is still out on this, but studies have presented mixed results on whether music aids sleep.

Listening to relaxing classical music has been found to decrease symptoms of depression in students and improve sleep quality in traumatized refugees, but show no effect at all on other adult populations.

Interestingly, one study even found that participants fell asleep faster when they slept with a background of filtered white noise.

These scientifically-tested sleep tips have helped some to sleep better. Try them out, and you might be rewarded with a better night’s sleep and a better you!
