    Does working up a sweat really help to chase away insomnia?

    Be it clocking 10,000 steps a day or hitting those spin classes, we all know that exercise is good for us. 

    However, did you know specifically that moderate - intensity aerobic and high-intensity resistance exercises improve sleep quality?

    After increased energy consumption, elevated temperatures & endorphin secretion, the body sleeps and recuperates better. Whether in middle-aged adults or adults with depressive / anxiety symptoms, studies have shown the beneficial effects of exercise on sleep.
