    High quantity and poor quality emails (i.e. highly emotional & ambiguous messages) overwhelm a person’s mental resources & create emotional exhaustion. 

    How you initiate or respond to email can affect someone’s day. 

    Quick tips : 

    Avoid sending redundant info that may contribute to large email inboxes.

    Ditch emails for real conversations to reduce ambiguity triggered by non-verbal cues.
